WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

A conversation.
Then a clear agreement.

  1. Share the basics.Your role, your business, and the kind of support you want.
  2. Have a fit conversation.Yenhat coordinates follow-up. We may have one or more conversations about goals, working style, communication, participation, and budget. Both sides decide whether to proceed.
  3. Agree before work begins.Confirm scope, responsibilities, fees, payment terms, and a start date. We proceed only when both sides agree.

There is no cap on the number of applications submitted by December 31, 2026. The limit applies to selected clients: up to 10 new business owners + 10 new firms in this onboarding window. Current clients are outside those limits. An application does not guarantee acceptance, reserve a place, or start a service agreement.

Before you apply.

What does the December 31 deadline mean?

Submit your application by December 31, 2026 to be considered for this onboarding window. We accept unlimited applications through that date. This is an application deadline, not a promise of acceptance or an onboarding completion date. We review mutual fit, scope, and capacity, then confirm services, pricing, and start dates individually.

What am I applying for?

A conversation about working with Tied Out Books. Business owners apply for support with their own books and operations. Firms apply for help building systems for their client work.

What tools do firms need to be ready to use?

Our core foundation is Claude, ChatGPT, and Google Workspace. Tell us what you already use, your plan names, who manages access, and whether you are willing to work within this foundation. We review setup and access needs together before recommending purchases or moving to a different system.

How do you decide whether we are a fit?

Fit works both ways. We value respectful communication, curiosity, participation, clear decisions, and willingness to follow an agreed workflow. We may have one or more fit conversations to discuss your goals, working style, responsibilities, scope, and budget. Both sides need to be comfortable with the service fees and payment terms before we begin. Either side can decide not to proceed.

How are services and pricing decided?

We agree on the work to include, responsibilities, pricing, payment terms, and start date before services begin. Applying is not a purchase or a service agreement.

Is The AI List the same thing?

The AI List is a free, 12-episode educational series open to everyone. Its preregistration is separate from service applications: the December 31 application deadline and new-client limits do not apply to The AI List. Sessions are live only; recordings and replays will not be distributed.

Do I have to understand AI already?

No. Curiosity and willingness to participate matter more. We start with your work and explain where technology fits.

Are you a CPA firm or tax-return preparer?

Tied Out Books is not a CPA firm and does not provide income tax return preparation. We support bookkeeping and operations and help connect the work with your tax preparer.

Already a Tied Out Books client?

Current clients do not count toward either new-client group. Use your existing communication channel with Tamra or Yenhat for current work.
